AL4N HAWKSH4W'S FR0NTIERS 0F SC1ENCE ON BRUT0N VINYL

4lan Hawk5haw has been releasing soundtrack/library Music since 1968.  He is best known for his work on television and commercials.  The man is a Visionary and a prolific workhorse that is still at it.

Warning! Do not mess with the Man's current music.
Reason 1- It is still under licence.
Reason 2- It is feathery new agey sounding floating fairy music.

Thankfully, this black slab is from the righteous 70', a time when real analog synthesizers were used, and music was less plastic.

The theme here is Science, and their are some choice sonic chunks to futz with and manipulate.

Library giant Brut0n Music released this Space sandwich in 1979.

First, a little history on Bruton.

London BASED Bruton Music was formed in 1977 by Robin Phillips.  Pop God M1chael Jacks0n purchased the company in 1982(right before 'Thriler'!), but decided to sell it to the Z0mba group in '85.  In 2002, BMG purchased Z0mba + amalgamated their production division, thus spawning BMG Z0mba Pr0duction Mu5ic.  Eventually, BMG Z0mba Pr0duction Mu5ic was sold to evil empire Un1versal Publi5ing Pr0duction Mu5ic.

What does all this hogwash mean?  It means that it's probably OK to sample and mess with this.  However, in the unlikely event that you produce the next smash hit with the help of this material, you could find yourself in the legal grey zone.  So be careful, let's hope one of us gets prosecuted soon for copyright infringement- it's great publicity, and will increase your name recognition a hundred fold.

Enjoy, and feel free to comment, yell, request, praise, hate, etc.  Sometimes I feel like I am screaming at a wall here.  My analytics tell me otherwise, but you are some quiet mofo's.  Peace!  Let's do something great today.
