Eddie Hazel ( April 10, 1950 – December 23, 1992 RIP) could do beautiful things with a guitar.
Most of you probably know the man from his iconic solo on Funkadel1c's classic 'Magg0t Brain'.
This man was an unrecognized guitar God, occupying similar terrain to the late, great Jimi Hendrix. Check Eddie out here live in 1979.
His work on early Funkadel1c albums ('Funkadel1c', 'Free Your M1nd', 'Magg0t Brain', 'C0smic Slop') is some of the most soulful rock-based shredding ever recorded.
In 1977, Mr. Hazel released his solo album and it smokes.
