Alejandro is a Master of the Tarot, an Aggressive Performance Artist, Creator ov Comic Books and Novellas Graphicas, Film Magician, and Musician extraordinaire.
It is rumored that Jodorowsky collaborated with John Lennon on the Soundtrack for 'Holy Mountain', and that John Lennon donated $1,000,000 to Alejandro for the Film.
Whether or not that's true doesn't matter.
What does matter is this awesome Music and amazing film.
I am confident in stating that this is the most Magickal Film I have ever seen.
Proceed with caution!
If you only buy DVD all year, this needs to be the one.
Astound and amaze your friends.

ReplyDeleteIt's nice to see this re-post. Beats and Blood was the place that put Jodorowsky in my space first and between this and El Topo my whole scope of cinematic surrealism done changed. Not since watching Un Chien Andalou did a film's images and action blow my mind this way. Peace
